Welcome to the headquarters of the Historic Mooresville 5K and Kids' Fun Run! Our goal is to give runners a great run through our historic town while helping fund literacy programs in our area.
The 5K race and Kids' Fun Run is held every year on the second Saturday in September.
This Year we offer the Sweet Dreams One Mile Challenge. A One
Mile out and back (on a flat course!)
Packet pick up on Sept 7th at the Lake Norman location of
Charlotte Running Co from 11am to 6pm
Starting and finishing at the Mooresville Public Library, the
Piedmont Health Care Historic Mooresville 5K takes runners on a rolling, certified course through historic Downtown Mooresville and Mooresville Mill Village, past Mooresville High School and historic Willow Valley Cemetery.
At the finish line, runners are treated to delicious local-made pastries and fruit, and offered massages as well as wellness checks from
the Lake Norman Regional Hospital staff

Efforts in Our Community.
We are lucky to have some great teams of volunteers, including the Mooresville High ROTC, the Mooresville Mill Village Initiative, and the Lowe's YMCA. We need your help, too! Please email us if you can volunteer.
